What this website collects, why, and what happens to it.
When you use the quote form on this site we collect the company name, your name, your work email address, a phone number, the number of employees eligible for benefits, your current renewal date and your current medical carrier. We collect this so a licensed producer can prepare a quote and contact you about it.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, medical information or a Federal Tax ID through this website. If a quote proceeds, that information is collected separately through a secure census document, not through this site.
Only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare insurance quotes on your behalf. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
To obtain quotes we share the details you provide with the insurance carriers and third-party administrators we approach on your behalf. That is the purpose of the enquiry, and those parties handle it under their own privacy obligations.
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The contact page embeds a Google Map, which is served by Google and may set cookies under Google’s own privacy policy.
Enquiries and the records arising from them are retained for a minimum of seven years, and as a matter of practice we aim to retain them for ten. This reflects the record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed insurance producers.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling or emailing the office. Contact details are on the contact page. Deletion requests are subject to the retention obligations described above. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law.
If this policy changes we will update this page and the date below.
